AMANDAGATTI

At the top of one of the most touristic buildings in Brussels, the artist, overcome by vertigo, captures video footage of details of another building that is in the process of demolition or, as some prefer to say, remodelling. The structure seems to be in ruins alongside other buildings equally exposed to decay, creating a landscape in transformation. On the other side of this same building, she finds a graffiti  by the artist Thierry Jaspart, a silent declaration of resistance and presence that gives this work its title: “J’Existe”.
